Hardware and software
In order to aggregate in the most reliable way, peripheral devices are employed along the line to complete the various steps required. These devices can include printers and labellers, cameras read and inspect printed codes, reject stations, as well as standalone printers and handheld readers.

Aggregation machines from Crest Solutions and Antares Vision are supplied to fit your organisational requirements. These components can be integrated into one interface that can easily be accessed from any screen that is installed on the line.

The installation of our new vision system started this morning and we were executing OQ/PQ validation by this afternoon. Such successful execution within this aggressive time frame would not have been possible without extensive planning completed offline by Crest. This gave us confidence that we would have no issues during installation which was very much the case.
