highly trained engineers dedicated to your site
Dedicated onsite expertise
We recognise that the introduction of new technologies can represent a seismic shift in operations and processes for the majority of sites. To ease the integration of new systems and ensure seamless transition, highly trained members of our team are available for full-time, dedicated support on site at your facility.
Along with engineering talent that is highly trained on your site's requirement, the placement of an Embedded Engineer also offers flexibility and peace of mind. You can be secure in the knowledge that your line is being managed correctly, in line with regulatory requirements and you don't have the requirement to hire and train additional members to your team.
Access to knowledge base
Our Embedded Engineers are part of a tight-knit network of Subject Matter Experts. Having members of this team on your site ensures your access to an extensive knowledge base which is highly-skilled at negotiating any challenges that arise around compliant technologies.
I'd like to acknowledge the hard work being done by the Crest team on site here in [N/A]. The Embedded Engineers have gone above and beyond to help us get Track and Trace projects over the line. I would also like to acknowledge their skills and professionalism.
I would like to congratulate [Crest Solutions Engineer] on his work. He is skilled and confident at his job. Not only was the line configured successfully, but also a few pre-existing issues were solved. He did a fantastic job and we couldn’t ask anything else from him. We look forward to seeing him again.
I would like to thank the team from Crest for their dedication and assistance.
The installation of our new vision system started this morning and we were executing OQ/PQ validation by this afternoon. Such successful execution within this aggressive time frame would not have been possible without extensive planning completed offline by Crest. This gave us confidence that we would have no issues during installation which was very much the case.
